If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shopzenvio.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Refunds
